Meet Coach Eddie

I grew up poor, and sports kept me out of trouble and pushed me to keep growing. I played my whole life — recruited out of high school, sharing the court with future pros on Adidas- and Nike-sponsored teams — but back then I was making a lot of bad decisions.

In 2015 I tore my Achilles, made a full recovery, then climbed to 284 pounds before losing over 100 and getting back to a healthy 180. What turned my life around wasn’t just training — it was getting closer to God. Reading my Bible, praying, going to church, and living for Him instead of myself made me a better man, a better father, and a better husband.

Grit + Grace is how I share that: helping kids and adults get healthy and strong, surrounded by faith-driven people who push each other higher. Iron sharpens iron. Train hard. Lead well.

How It Works

A simple path: reach out, come to a free first session, then we build a plan and track your progress.

Come train with us — 1-on-1, or in a group at the park (free) or gym (paid). Your first visit is always free, no commitment.

We build a plan around your goals and measure your growth over time — so you see real, trackable results.
