Sessions
Training is by appointment, so we can build it around your athlete and your schedule. Here are the ways to train:
1-on-1 Training
Personalized work on speed, strength, coordination, and sport skills — built entirely around your athlete’s goals. Available by appointment.
Group Sessions
At the park — free. Plyometrics, speed & agility, conditioning, strength, and multi-sport skill work, outdoors in the Oak Lawn / Chicago Ridge area.
At a gym — paid. When we train indoors or run camps, there’s a small fee that covers the gym rental. Same coaching, weather-proof, more space.
How to Get a Time
There’s no fixed schedule right now — tell us your availability and what you’re hoping to work on, and we’ll set up a session. Your first session is free.
