Basketball
Basketball Skills & Conditioning
High-rep skills plus age-appropriate conditioning for athletes in grades 3–12 in Oak Lawn and nearby communities.
- Ball-handling, footwork, finishing, and shooting form
- Movement mechanics, core strength, and conditioning
- Game IQ: spacing, decisions, and reading the floor
- Age groups: 3–5th, 6–8th, 9–12th grade
- Small class caps for more meaningful reps

Small Group Skills Pods
Invitation-based pods of 3–5 athletes training together week over week. Ideal for friends or teammates who want a consistent, progressive plan.

Camps, Clinics & Mini-Intensives
Short-term, high-focus events built around key skill themes (shooting, ball-handling, finishing, leadership, and more).

1:1 Training & Team Partnerships
Select opportunities for individual training and school/club partnerships for skill development blocks or leadership-focused sessions.
