First Time at Grit + Grace?

We want first visits to feel welcoming, not confusing. Here’s how it usually works:

  • 1. Register online. Book a session on the Sessions & Schedule page. First session is free for new athletes.
  • 2. Check your email. We’ll send a confirmation with date, time, and any updates about court assignments.
  • 3. Arrive a little early. For your first session, aim to arrive 10–15 minutes before start time to handle check-in and questions.
  • 4. Quick warm-up, then training. We group athletes by age/level and move into ball-handling, shooting, and movement work.
  • 5. Follow-up. After a few sessions, we’ll share honest feedback about how your athlete is progressing and best next steps.
