Basketball

Basketball Skills & Conditioning

High-rep skills plus age-appropriate conditioning for athletes in grades 3–12 in Oak Lawn and nearby communities.

  • Ball-handling, footwork, finishing, and shooting form
  • Movement mechanics, core strength, and conditioning
  • Game IQ: spacing, decisions, and reading the floor
  • Age groups: 3–5th, 6–8th, 9–12th grade
  • Small class caps for more meaningful reps

Small Group Skills Pods

Invitation-based pods of 3–5 athletes training together week over week. Ideal for friends or teammates who want a consistent, progressive plan.

  • Custom focus (shooting, guards, bigs, etc.)
  • Flexible scheduling with your group
  • Closer coach-to-athlete feedback loop

Camps, Clinics & Mini-Intensives

Short-term, high-focus events built around key skill themes (shooting, ball-handling, finishing, leadership, and more).

  • Seasonal clinics (school breaks, summer, etc.)
  • Position-specific or theme-based sessions
  • Game-like reps and competitive drills

1:1 Training & Team Partnerships

Select opportunities for individual training and school/club partnerships for skill development blocks or leadership-focused sessions.
